涉医媒体呈现对医学生价值观影响

Impact of media reports about medical events on medical students' values

近年来媒体涉医新闻报道事件不仅数量激增而且恶性程度也越来越高,如此极端的社会媒体呈现无形中营造了一种愈发紧张的医患关系氛围。面对媒体呈现的这些直观印象,医学生明显感觉医患关系现状与课堂上预设的和谐共处关系相差甚远,对医学殿堂里瞻仰的医学神圣性产生极大质疑,这无疑给医学生的教育与培养带来极大挑战。事实上一些调查数据也确实表明,深受媒体呈现的影响,医学生职业信念和专业精神培养受到动摇。在塑造医学生职业价值观方面,舆论媒体是否负有不可推卸的责任?是否应该回归职业操守以对社会发挥积极作用?这是本文试图回应的问题。

In recent years, the news reports about the relationship between doctors and patients not only increased rapidly but also became more horrible. An intense atmosphere for doctor-patient relationship has been built naturally with these extreme reports by social media. When exposed to the intuitive impression from these reports. medical students obviously feel the great differences between the present intense doctor-patient relationship and harmonious doctor-patient relationship which is talked about in classroom. Therefore, they will definitely doubt the sacredness of medical science and this certainly brings challenge to the medical students＇ education and development. In fact, some surveys show that medical students＇ values and professionalism have been influenced by those negative social media reports. Do social media shoulder the responsibility for the shape of medical students＇ values？ Should social media play a positive role in the returning of medical students＇ professional ethics？ This article tries to find the answers to these questions.
