心脏扩大患者血浆微RNA-30a表达的变化

摘要 目的:探讨心脏扩大患者血浆中微RNA(mi R)-30a表达变化。方法:将2014年1月至2014年12月本院208例患者按心脏超声检查结果分为心脏扩大组(n=112)、心脏腔室大小正常组(n=96)。RT-PCR法检测mi R-30a含量。比较两组患者血浆mi R-30a水平并应用相关分析探讨mi R-30a水平与左室舒张期末内径(LVDd)和左心房内径(LA)的关系。结果:与心脏正常组相比,心脏扩大组血浆mi R-30a水平明显升高,mi R-30a与LVDd、LA呈正相关(R=0.657、0.516,均P=0.000)。结论:血浆mi R-30a可作为心脏重构的潜在标志物。 Objective:To investigate change of plasma micro RNA-30a ( miR-30a) expression in patients with cardiomegaly. Methods:According to the findings of echocardiography, 208 patients hospitalized in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2014 were divided into cardiomegaly group ( n=112) and normal heart chamber size group ( n=96). The content of miR-30a was measured by RT-PCR assay. The levels of plasma miR-30a between the two groups were compared. The correlation between miR-30a level and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter ( LVDd)/left atrial ( LA) diameter was determined. Results:Compared with normal heart chamber size group,the plasma miR-30a level in the cardiomegaly group was significantly increased, which was positively correlated with LVDd and LA (R=0.657 and 0.516,all P=0.000). Conclusion:Plasma miR-30a can be used as a potential marker for cardiac remodeling.
