超声造影在前列腺癌中的诊断与治疗应用进展

Progress in the Application of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostate Cancer

前列腺癌作为男性泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤,由于其发病机制较为复杂,容易出现恶化转移,所以大部分前列腺癌患者确诊时已是进展期或晚期。前列腺穿刺活检是目前前列腺癌诊断的金标准,但穿刺活检标本有限,给临床诊断带来困难。超声造影通过对肿瘤病灶微血管的实时显像和血流灌注定位,为前列腺良恶性病灶鉴别以及靶向前列腺穿刺提供了帮助。

Prestate cancer is a common malignant tumor in male urinary system,because the pathogene- sis is complex, and deterioration and metastasis may easily occur, most of the patients are in advanced or late stage when diagnosed. Prostate biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of prostate cancer,but it is limited by the needle biopsy specimen, which brings difficulty to the clinical practice. The real-time imaging and flow perfusion of the tumor focus by ultrasound contrast has provided help for the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions of the prostate and the targeted prostate biopsy.
