妊娠期高脂血症的诊治进展

孕妇血浆中脂质的增加量与体质指数及孕周有密切关系。随着孕周的增加,体质量逐渐增加伴随脂质相应升高,若脂质异常增高,则称为病理性高脂血症,常与自发性早产、子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病等同时存在或先后发生。妊娠期高脂血症常无特异的临床表现,血清学检测的诊断标准以及规范的治疗指南国内外尚未统一,首选治疗是生活方式的管理,必要时使用他汀类及贝特类降脂药物,将血脂控制在适当范围内,并定期检测胎儿的生长发育,降低母胎并发症发生率。

If the plasma lipid is abnormally higher, it＇s called hyperlipidemia. Hyperlipidemia during pregnancy is often associated with spontaneous preterm birth, preeelampsia, gestafional diabetes and other disease. Hypedipidemia during pregnancy doesn＇t have any specific clinical manifestation. There are no unified serological diagnostic criteria and standard treatment guidelines all over the world so far. However, healthy lifestyle is the primary treat- ment, and if necessary, statins and Bert lipid-lowering medicines can be used in order to control blood lipid within a suitable range. And the regular detection of fetal growth and development should be done for reduc- ing the incidence of maternal and fetal complications.
