摘要 慢性非细菌性前列腺炎长期困扰着无数患者,因其治愈率低、复发率高,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前其病因、发病机制不清,仍是医学研究的难题。通过建立有效的慢性非细菌性动物模型进行实验研究,已成为探索其发病机制的重要途径。当前有几种流行的建模方法在其操作程度、成功率、时间长短等方面各有不同,在未来通过不同的建模方法来研究慢性非细菌性前列腺炎将成为一种趋势,可为治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎提供相应理论上的依据。 There are many patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis, because the cure rate is low and the recurrence rate is high, the quality of life of the patients is seriously affected. Now the etiology and pathogenesis are still unknown, still being the problem of the medical field. Conducting experimental researches by establishing effective animal model of chronic nonbaeterial prostatitis is an important way to explore the path- ogenesis. At present there are several common modeling methods featured with different operation easiness, success rate, and length of time, etc. In the future developing different modeling methods for studying chronic nonbacterial prostatitis will be a trend, which can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease.
