民俗体育与城市融合发展的个案考察与启示——以潍坊风筝为例

Integration of Folk Sports and Urban Development—A Case Study of Kite Flying in Weifang

运用文献资料、田野考察、实地访谈等方法,从城市语境考察民俗体育项目风筝在潍坊的存在状态及对城市发展的力量。结果表明,风筝对潍坊城市具有旅游品牌、产业平台、文化标识、秩序建构4个显著作用。研究认为,在城市化加速发展的时代语境下,伴随着文化产业的勃兴和经济转型,民俗体育可以成为助推城市建设的重要力量。民俗体育与城市融合,不仅可以助推城市发展,而且能够有效保护民俗体育。城市化不可逆转,民俗体育融入城市是时代必然。民俗体育的传承与保护场域应当由传统的以乡土空间为主转向城乡同构,坚持生产性保护;构筑传承平台,实现传承载体的现代性转化;传承主体由以民为主转向官民并重。

Literature study, field investigation and interviews of kite flying in Weifang showed that it had promoted urban development in building tourism brand, industrial platform, cultural identity and construction of the social order. It could be seen that the folk sports could become an important force for boosting urban construction, accompanied by the emergence of cultural industry and economic restruction. Integration between folk sports and city development not only could boost the development of the city, but also effectively protect the folk sports. Urbanization and the integration of the folk sports into the city development were inevitable. Heritage and protection of folk sports should be carried out both in rural and urban areas, by both governmental, non-governmental institutions and citizens.
