党的十八届五中全会提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,面对三十五时期出现的新任务,我们党必须切实加强党的创新能力建设,提升战斗力,保持党的先进性,这将有利于巩固党的执政地位,科学应对经济社会建设中出现的难题。为此,必须在全党上下形成有利于创新意识培养的良好氛围,坚持制度创新、理论创新与实践创新,提高自我革新、自我净化与提高能力,提升党的执政与领导水平,增强拒腐防变的能力,真正把从严治党落到实处,不断开创新时期马克思主义执政党建设的新局面,为顺利实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标提供坚强的组织保证。

This paper puts forward the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing the development on the Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC.Faced with new tasks,our Party must strengthen innovation ability construction to enhance the combat effectiveness and maintaining the Party＇s advance,which will be beneficial to consolidate the Party＇s ruling status,and deal with economic and social development problems scientifically.Therefore,we must be conducive to innovation awareness and cultivate a good atmosphere,adhere to the institution innovation,theory innovation and practice innovation,improve the self innovation,self purification and improve the ability,enhance the Party＇s ruling and leading level,and enhance refus corrupt to prevent change and truly strictly implemented,continuous period of innovation of Marxist ruling Party construction in the new situation,for the smooth realization of fully completed the struggling target of comparatively well-off society to provide a strong organizational guarantee.
