转型发展背景下基于就业需求的大学英语教学改革研究

目前大学生的就业难已经成为社会面临的重点问题之一,为此,地方本科院校和新建本科院校纷纷向应用技术型大学转型。在此背景下,有必要从就业的视角探讨大学英语教学改革。本文分析了目前大学英语教学改革的主要制约因素,并就用人单位对大学毕业生的英语能力需求进行了调研,在此基础上提出以就业需求为导向的大学英语改革策略。

The employment of college graduates has been one of the major problems in our society.To address this difficulty,many local colleges are trying to transform to applied technology oriented colleges..This paper make an analysis of the restriction factors existed in English teaching and put forward some reform strategies for college English teaching based on the survey of employment.
