摘要
文化软实力是以文化为基础的软实力,是增强综合国力和获得国际话语权的重要因素。随着中国经济的发展,中国优秀的文化、价值观也需要被传播出去,让世界更多地了解中国,英语成为主要媒介之一。围绕如何在文化软实力这一背景下提高大学英语教学的效果和质量,如何培养高素质的英语人才,避免跨文化交际的失误等问题,文章分析了文化软实力与语言之间的关系,给英语教学提出了合理的建议。
On the basis of culture,Cultural Soft Power plays an important role in strengthening a country＇ comprehensive power and acquiring international discourse right.In order to let the world know more about China,excellent Chinese culture and values should be introduced abroad.English becomes one of the major mediums.Focusing on how to promote the effect and quality of college English teaching,how to cultivate qualified talents with fluent English and how to avoid mistakes in inter-culture communication,this paper discussed the relations between cultural soft power and language and gave proper suggestions for college English teaching.
