高校通过开展生源基地建设工程,吸引优质生源,以提高自身的人才培养质量。做好生源基地的建设与维护工作,需要高校结合自身发展实际,科学、合理地制定生源基地建设布局,选择符合自身层次定位的中学开展生源基地建设工作。在已建生源基地中,高校要深入中学,开展形式多样的沟通与交流活动,只有认真践行生源基地协议职责,切实将维护工作落到实处,才能真正惠及双方,实现生源基地建设工程的可持续发展。
