如何建设新型高校教育智库

The Problems and Countermeasure in the Construction of the New University Think Tank

美国的智库一直处于领先地位,本文先分析了兰德公司教育研究部的特征,结合我国现状探讨新型高校教育智库建设问题,高校拥有人才、科研、创新等方面的优势,建设新型高校教育智库正是时代所赋予的机遇,应该抓住机会,足高校资源,建设一流教育智库。针对教育智库建设中所遇到的困境如独立性不够、综合性不足、专业性不强、缺乏影响力等问题给出切实可行的对策与建议,如建设具有独立性、前瞻性、综合性、有影响力的高校教育智库,以及健全高校智库与政府的沟通机制等。

American think tank has been a leader in the world,this paper analyzes the feature of the Rand Corporation Research Department of Education,use this to find a way to build the Chinese new universities think tank. Universities have the advantage of talent,research,innovation and other aspects,it is a new era of opportunity for building higher education think tank,it should seize the opportunity and enough university resources,to building a first- class education think tank,the difficulties that new university think tank encountered in the construction,such as its independence is not enough,lack of comprehensive,professional is not strong,the lack of influence and so on. Finally,giving practical countermeasures and suggestions,such as the construction of independent,forward- looking,comprehensive,influential think tanks,and make think tanks and government have good communication mechanisms.
