微博、微信的普及全面推动了"微时代"的到来,使高校党建环境面临新的变化。通过分析与评估基于"微时代"话语权的高校党建工作现状及面临的机遇与挑战,探索如何借力"微时代"媒介提升党建工作话语权,为创新党员教育理念、丰富党员教育内容、拓展党员教育路径提出建设性意见。

With an increasingly usage of Micro- blog and We- chat,the Micro- era has been urged. The arrival of Micro-era offers new changes to Party＇s Construction Work in colleges and universities. After analyzing and evaluating relative challenges and opportunities provided to the discourse power in that scenario,the paper is to explore new ways to improve the Party＇s administrative work,to enhance the right to speak,as well as to enrich the content of members＇ training and education.
