高职学生心理健康教育的重点、难点和突破点

The Key Point,Difficult Point and Breakthrough Point of Mental Health Education for Higher Vocational Students

心理健康教育是高职院校工作中的一项重要内容,是促进高职学生心理健全发展的重要方式。本文从高职学生的迷茫混沌心理、人际交往障碍、情绪焦虑抑郁等常见的心理健康问题的重点着手,并从客观方面和主观方面分析了高职学生心理问题所处的难点,结合高职学生心理发展的特点和高职院校的实际情况,寻找相应的一些突破点。

Mental health education is a significant task in higher vocational colleges,which is also an important way to promote students＇ mental health development. This paper starts with the higher students＇ mental confusion chaos,interpersonal barriers,emotional anxiety and depression,which are the common mental health problems,and analyses the difficult points of students＇ mental problems objectively and subjectively,then to seek the corresponding breakthroughs point combing the features of higher vocational students mental development and the actual situation in higher vocational colleges.
