社会主义核心价值观视域下的现代公民理论研究

Analysis on Modern Civics Theory from the Vision of Socialist Core Values

在我国,由于对传统"公民"概念的界定还存在一定的局限性等原因,大多数人对于"公民"的含义还存在着不少模糊的认识,很少能够从政治的角度去理解这个词的深刻内涵,尤其是在对于自身政治角色的定位以及权利意识的把握方面还存在着极大的上升空间。因此,在社会主义核心价值观的建构过程中,我们有必要重新明确现代"公民"概念的基本内涵和外延,重点从自由、平等、公平和正义的角度去理解和掌握公民的真正含义,以提高我国公民自觉履行权利和义务,积极参与社会公共事务的意识,从而使社会主义核心价值观的内容在人们的社会生活中得到彻底的贯彻和落实。

In today＇s China,because of the lack of a clear conventional definition of the civilian,a majority of people still have no idea about the connotation of the civilian and fail to understand the profound implication of this term from political aspect.However,it is noteworthy that there is still an improvement space on people＇s own understanding of their own political roles and the awareness of the power. We thus need to redefine the connotation and the extension of the civilian when we are constructing the core socialist values. We also should give priority to the freedom,the equality,the justice,and the rule of law to get a better grasp of the real meaning of the civilian,which enables civilians in our country to perform their duties and rights. It could also enhance people＇s awareness of participating public service activities voluntarily,which allows the core socialist values to become an essential part in their everyday life.
