Everyone sees objects in some different ways,for the painting language also have different ways of expression,image language is the basis of the oil painting creation ability,so should be in every link in the teaching painting. This article explores the image language inthe oil painting teaching. During different periods in the process of the development of oil painting,oil painting creation show different spirit of culture and history. And the creation of oil painting teaching process more need to combine image language instruction,fully convey the artistic flavor to all students.
