摘要
通过力学性能测试和扫描电镜分析,研究了缩短GH4698合金固溶时间对材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:标准热处理中1000℃×4 h是高温时效过程;将标准热处理中固溶时间缩短至1 h,材料室温力学性能和高温力学性能均满足标准要求值;大小两种γ'相均匀弥散析出,获得良好的综合力学性能。
Effect of solution time on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4698 superalloy was investigated by means of mechanical property test and SEM analysis.Experimental results show that the process of 1000 ℃ × 4 h is high temperature aging;When the solution time is shortened to 1 h,the mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature of the GH4698 superalloy can satisfy the standard requirements,and a good combination of strength and ductility is obtained because of homogeneous dispersion of the two types of γ' phase.
