党的十八大以来．习近平总书记关于“人类命运共同体”“中华民族命运共同体”和“亚洲命运共同体”等重要论述，构建了以“命运共同体”为主体的“一体同心”的同心圆结构，体现了三者的战略关联性。促进世界大家庭和谐发展，需要各国坚持“共赢主义”发展理念，弘扬中国传统哲学思想精华，促进各国人民“互联互通”，发展人文公共外交，从而实现“中国梦”“亚洲梦”和“世界梦”的共荣共生。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping^s important discussions on ＂a community of common destiny for humankind＂, ＂a community of common destiny for the Cbinese nation＂ and ＂a community of common destiny for Asia＂ , etc. , has constructed the concentric circle structure of ＂integration with one heart＂ that takes ＂a community of destiny＂ as the subject and has shown the three parties＂ strategic relevance.To accelerate a harmonious development of the big family of the world,we have a need for each country to insist on the development idea of ＂win-win principle＂ , to promote the essence of China^s traditional philosophical thought,to accelerate ＂interconnection and intercommunication＂ of people of all countries,to develop public diplomacy for humanity,and consequently, to realize co-prosperity and coexistence of ＂China Dream＂ ,＂Asia Dream＂ and ＂World Dream.
