Pilot test for treatment of heavy oil produced water

摘要 以活性焦为吸附剂,采用预吸附-水解酸化-曝气生物固定床滤池一后吸附组合工艺中试处理稠油采出水。试验结果表明,当预吸附进水COD为408.6-526.7mg/L、预吸附池活性焦泥回流量为25%(W)、水解酸化池上升流速为0.22m/h、曝气生物固定床滤池气水体积比为10:1、后吸附池投加新活性焦2kg时,组合工艺对稠油采出水COD的去除率达到90.0%,出水COD均值为46.2mg/L,出水水质满足DB21/1627-2008《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》。 Using activated coke as adsorbent, a pilot test for treatment of heavy oil produced water was carried out by the combination process of pre-adsorption-hydrolysis acidification-fixed-bed biological aerated filtration-post- adsorption. The test results show that when the influent COD of the pre-adsorption is 408.6-526.7 mg/L, the return flows of activated coke for the pre-adsorption tank is 25%, the up-flow velocity of the hydrolysis acidification tank is 0.22 m/h, the air-water ratio of the fixed-bed biological aerated filter is 10 : 1 and the dosage of activated coke in the post-adsorption tank is 2 kg, the COD removal rate of the heavy oil produced water reaches 90.0%, and the average of effluent COD is 46.2 mg/L, which meets the Liaoning integrated wastewater discharge standard of DB21/1627-2008.
