转型期地方高校青年教师专业发展中的困境与对策探究——以四所不同类型高校对比分析为视角

Dilemma and Countermeasures of Young Teachers' Professional Development in Local Colleges and Universities during the Transition Period——A Comparative Analysis of Four Different Types of Colleges and Universities

高校青年教师是我国高等教育之主要力量,要想做好高等教育必须高度重视高校青年教师的专业发展问题。通过以法学院为视角对四所不同类型高校归类,并从各高校对青年教师培养的主要措施进行对比分析,进而分析转型时期地方高校青年教师专业发展现状、现实需求、专业发展困境,最后提出突破地方高校青年教师专业发展困境的建议。

Young teachers in Colleges and universities are the mainstay of China＇s higher education system; higher education should attaches great importance to the young college teachers＇ professional development. With the Law School from four different types universities as the analysis case, we conduct a contrast analysis among the measures of these four types of university, then, point out the current situation, practical needs, practical needs, the plight of the plight of the young university teachers professional development. In the end, suggestions to make a breakthrough are proposed.
