依法治校背景下推进高校民主管理是当前地方院校改革发展的重要领域,共青团发挥自身群众性、先进性的组织功能积极融入民主管理体制改革的进程中,探索研究从面向基层改革组织建设到建立常态机制革新意识教育和创新工作方式升级工作品牌的高校共青团改革创新工作的新思路。

To boost the college and university democratic management is an important domain in current university reform. The Communist Youth League should give full play to its organizational function and actively participate in the democratic management system reform process, research a new working route, from aspects like reforming the basic-level organization, establish a normal mechanism, strengthen innovation consciousness education and upgrade working brand of the Youth League.
