摘要
研究抽油机位移加速度信号优化问题。在抽油机抽油过程中,悬点位移难以直接获取。利用位移和加速度之间的关系,采取中值滤波、低通和带通滤波对加速度信号进行处理,再利用加速度积分算法得到位移。仿真验证上述方法能够很好地去除噪声和积分趋势项,对比了不同噪声强度下时域积分、时频域积分、频域积分所得位移和理想位移的标准差,得出在噪声较小时,时域积分效果较好,噪声较大时,时频域积分效果较好的结论,为以提高对位移加速度信号控制的性能。
The optimization problem of pumping unit displacement acceleration signal was studied in this paper.In the process of sucker rod pumping unit,it is difficult to obtain suspension point displacement directly. Taking the advantage of the relationship between the displacement and acceleration,adopting median filtering and low-pass and band-pass filtering to process the acceleration signal,then using acceleration integral algorithm to obtain the displacement. Simulation verifies that the method can effectively remove the noise and the integral trend. By comparing the standard deviations between the ideal displacement and displacements of time integral,time domain integral,domain integral in different noise intensity,it is concluded that the integral effect of time domain is better when the noise is relatively small,and the time domain integral effect is better when the noise is big.
