摘要 在机床伺服系统优化控制的研究中,多惯量伺服系统对分析系统中间连接环节具有显著的效果。针对多惯量伺服系统建模方法匮乏、系统分析计算较为复杂、中间环节参数整定算法精度较低等问题,提出了模块化建模方法及中间环节参数的整定算法。根据模块化思想建立了PMSM矢量控制系统模块、丝杠模块和工作台模块的仿真模型,将模块之间的联轴器和丝杠螺母均等效为弹性系数和阻尼系数,继而推导了新算法,并对参数进行了整定。通过Simulink组件分析,结果表明:模块化建模方法能够对多惯量伺服系统存在的问题进行精准分析,对系统中间连接环节具有更为有效的分析效果;提高了仿真模型以及参数整定算法的精度,且仿真效果较好。 The multi-inertia servo system has a significant effect on the middle link of the system. In view of the problems of the lack of modeling method for multi-inertia servo system,the complexity of the system analysis and the low accuracy of the intermediate link parameters,the method of modular modeling and the setting algorithm of the intermediate link parameters are proposed. The simulation model of PMSM vector control system and screw and table based on the idea of modularization is established. The coupling and worktable between the modules are equivalent to the elastic coefficient and damping coefficient,and then the new algorithm is derived and the parameters are determined. By Simulink component analysis,the results show that: the modular modeling method can be used to analyze the problems in the multi-inertia servo system,and has more effective analysis results for the middle link of the system. The accuracy of the simulation model and parameter setting algorithm can be improved,and the simulation results are good.
