摘要
在永磁电机动态控制优化的研究中,为了提高控制精度,提出一种新型的基于滑模控制的永磁同步电机矢量控制方法。通过在滑模观测器的基础之上改变切换函数,降低了观测器输出抖振,并且转速、转子位置角是采用锁相环模块来估算得到的。并且用滑模变结构控制来代替原有的速度环PI控制,使估计的转速精度更高、响应速度更快。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建仿真模型,发现所提出的新型滑模控制能够更加有效地估算转速和转子位置,证明了所提出的新型滑模控制能够实现良好的动态和静态特性。
A novel vector control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) is presented based on sliding mode control. On the basis of the above sliding mode observer switched by changing the function,which reduces the observer output chattering,and uses the phase locked loop( PLL) modules to estimate the speed. The proposed method can replace the original speed loop PI control with the sliding mode variable structure control( SMC),which can make the estimated speed's accuracy and response much better than before. A simulation model is built in MATLAB / Simulink,the simulation results show that the new sliding mode control is effective in estimating the speed and position of the rotor,and achieves good dynamic and static characteristics.
