Study on Matching Technique for Simplified Storage and Transportation of Fresh-keeping Green Tuber

本文主要研究了保鲜青菜头(茎瘤芥)在南北长途运输中的关键技术难点。解决了常规纸箱装运送往北方寒冷地区青菜头易冻害腐烂的难题,攻克了青菜头不能走出重庆、四川盆地的技术瓶颈,实现了低成本长途运输的目的。为涪陵榨菜(青菜头)产业化纵深开发探索了路径。

This paper mainly studied the pivotal technologic problems in the long-distance transport of fresh-keeping green tuber （Tumorous Stem Mustard）. Resolved the problem that conventional carton of green tuber is liable to frostbite and decay on the way to the north cold area. Not only does it solve the technical bottleneck of green tuber growing only in the basin of the Chongqing and Sichuan, but also it makes the demanding goal of low cost longdistance transport. It also explored a new way to develop in depth of Fuling mustard （green tuber） industry.
