摘要
探讨了分段式结合PBL教学模式在食品质量与安全专业实验教学中的应用及效果评价。通过问卷调查的方式,分别评价分段式结合PBL教学模式和传统教学模式对广州医科大学食品质量与安全专业学生实验教学的影响,进行两种教学模式的比较。相较于传统教学模式,在接受分段式结合PBL教学法后,学生的实验技能和综合素质得到显著提高,表明分段式结合PBL教学模式的教学效果优于传统教学模式,值得推广。
To assess the application and teaching efficiency of combined education model with and problem-based learning (PBL) method during experimental teaching for the students of food quality and safety major. By the way of questionnaire surveys, the evaluation of teaching was compared between the combined education model with sectional teaching and PBL and traditional teaching mode in students of food quality and safety major from Guangzhou Medical University. Compared to the traditional teaching mode, both experimental ability and comprehensive quality of those students were improved significantly with the new teaching method than the traditional one, which indicated that the sectional teaching combined with problem-based learning method was superior to traditional teaching mode, and it is worth being generalized.
