摘要
本实验采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析法,对鸡肉、猪肉、鱼肉中的氯霉素含量进行残留分析检测。并将该法与仪器法进行比较。该法的检测限为0.05μg/kg,添加回收率92.16-104.71%之间,相对标准偏差在0.93-3.72%之间。结果表明,该法的检出限较低,添加回收率满足国家标准,具有较高的准确度与精密度,检测时间短(120产品测试/小时),具有广泛推广的潜力与价值。
The experiment adopted the chemiluminescence immunoassay particles to detect the residual analysis of chloramphenicol in chicken, pork and fish. The detection limit is 0.05μg/kg, addition recovery between 92.16 to 104.71%, relative standard deviation between 0.93 to 3.72%. Resuhs showed that the method of the detection limit is higher, adding recovery meet the national standards and has high accuracy and precision, short test time (120/ hour). The method has widely potential and can be widely used.
