品管圈在提高手术室护理文书项目填写完整率中的应用

Quality control circles in improving the operating room nursing documents fill in the application of the full rate

目的探讨品管圈在提高手术室护理文书项目填写完整率中的应用效果。方法由11人组成品管圈,按品管圈实施步骤对手术室护理文书的书写现状进行把握分析,制定计划、对策并实施。结果手术室护理文书项目填写完整率由57.79%提升到95.45%,圈员能力得到显著提高。结论品管圈活动开展后,手术室护理文书项目填写完整率得到持续改进,效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore quality control circles in improving the operating room nursing documents fill in the application of the full rate. Methods Is made up of ten people quality control circles, according to the qc circle implementation steps to grasp the analysis about the present situation of the operating room nursing documents writing, planning, strategy and implementation. Results The operating room nursing documents project complete rate increase from 57.79% to 95.45%. Conclusions After quality control circle activities, operating room nursing documents get continuous improvement project complete rate, good effect, is worthy of popularization and application.
