软输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨采用软输尿管镜钬激光碎石术对肾结石进行治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年11月期间我院收治的肾结石患者52例,所有患者均采用软输尿管镜逆行肾结石钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果结石直径在1.0 cm^2.5 cm之间的患者其手术时间、住院时间均明显短于2.6 cm^6.0 cm的患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);但2组患者的术中出血情况、结石清除率相比并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用逆行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石,可显著提高碎石效果,减轻患者痛苦。
