绝经妇女宫腔积脓12例临床分析

Postmenopausal uterine empyema clinical analysis of 12 cases

目的探讨绝经妇女宫腔积脓的原因、症状、诊断及治疗方法。方法收集我院2010年1月—2015年6月收治的12例绝经后妇女宫腔积脓患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料、诊断与治疗方法。结果 12例患者中8例手术治疗治愈,4例经阴道宫颈扩张引流加宫腔冲洗治疗。结论宫腔积脓好发于绝经后妇女,发病比较隐匿,临床表现不典型,易误诊,需引起临床医师的注意。应加强对绝经妇女的健康检查,同时根据患者的病情选择合适的治疗方法,针对病因进行预防、早期诊断及时治疗。

Objective Tostudy theanalysisof thecauseof postmenopausal uterinecavity empyema,symptoms,diagnosis and treatment.Methods To collect the hospital between January 2010 and June 2015 were 12 cases of postmenopausal uterine empyema patients as the research object,in patients with retrospective analysis of clinical data,diagnosis and treatment.Results 8 cases of surgical treatment in 12 patients cured,4 cases of transvaginal and uterine cervical dilation drainage treatment.Conclusion Uterine empyema in postmenopausal women,the disease is more hidden,atypical clinical manifestations,easy misdiagnosis,to attract the attention of clinicians,should strengthen the healthexaminationof postmenopausal women,at thesametime,accordingtothepatient tochoosetheappropriatetreatment for thecauseofprevention,earlydiagnosisandtimelytreatment.
