The Ethical Values of Confucian Moral Thoughts in Doctor-patient Moral Reconstruction

儒家道德思想是我国古代哲学思想的代表,对于医疗纠纷的防范与处理具有重要价值。文章阐述了在医患道德重建中继承和发扬儒家道德思想的必要性,并以儒家道德思想的仁、义、礼作为个人价值准则来要求医护人员和广大民众,以重建医德医风和患者道德,从而构建新型和谐医患关系。

Confucian moral thought is the representative of Chinese ancient philosophy, and value for medical dispute prevention and treatment. In this paper, the author elaborated the necessi and carrying forward the Confucian ethical thoughts in doctor-patient moral reconstruction, argued as important of inheriting at the medical personnel and the general public should take the Confucian moral thoughts of benevolence, righteousness, ritual as a personal value standard in order to reconstruct medical ethics and patients moral, and construct new harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
