试析患者安全管理现状及其对策

On the Current Management Situation and Its Countermeasures of Patient Safety

我国提出"患者安全"概念的时间不长,医疗机构及其从业人员到目前为止没有形成真正意义上的患者安全理念,临床上不仅缺乏相关的有效管理和约束,更没有建立患者安全组织机构体系。因此,借鉴国外患者安全管理的经验,我国患者安全管理亟待从完善法律法规入手,建立健全患者安全组织机构体系和风险预警机制,创建患者安全文化体系,走出一条具有我国特色的患者安全管理之路。

The concept of ＂patient safety＂ was put forward not long ago in China. Medical institutions and their employees have so far not developed a real sense of patient safety. In clinical practice, there is a lack of effective management and constraints, not even to mention the patient safety organization system. Therefore, based on the experience of the foreign patient safety management, the management of patient safety in China should start from perfecting the laws and regulations, establish and improve patient safety organization system and risk prewarning mechanism, creating a patient safety culture system, and pioneer a new way of patient safety management with Chinese characteristics.
