医务社会工作实习督导是医务社会工作专业实习过程中的一个重要环节。当前,医务社会工作发展的处境使得实习督导一直处于"滞后"的阶段;实习学生角色定位不清晰,学校督导实践能力不足,实习机构督导专业素质低等问题普遍存在。鉴此,可通过优化医务社会工作实习督导模式,构建民主督导互动方式,开启双方共同反思与学习,提高督导老师的督导素质,提升实习学生实践能力,从而推动医务社会工作专业的发展。
