摘要
目的探讨妇科教学中采用病例导入式教学法较传统教学法的优势。方法选取本科阶段妇科专业60名学生为研究对象,随机分为传统教学法组(30例)和病例导入式教学法组(30例)。后者将病例导入式教学法应用于具体教学过程中的授课、讨论、总结三个阶段之中,比较评估两组学生的综合能力及学生对教学的满意度。结果采用病例导入式教学法后,学生的综合成绩及对教学的满意度明显优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论将病例导入式教学法应用于妇科教学中,有利于提升学生的综合素质,提升学生对教学的满意度,是教学方法改革的有效尝试,值得进一步推广。
Objective To compare the advantages of case-based teaching mode with traditional teaching methods in gynecology teaching. Methods Selected undergraduate students of gynecology as the study object. The case-based teaching mode was applied to the specific teaching process of school teaching, discussions, summaries. Comprehensive ability and the satisfaction with the teaching methods and teachers of the students were compared before and after the new teaching method applied. Results Students' overall achievement and satisfaction with teaching were better than traditional teaching methods after the new teaching method applied(P〈0.05). Conclusion The case-based teaching mode in gynecology teaching will help enhance the overall quality of students, improve student's satisfaction with teaching. The case-based teaching mode is also an effective attempt in teaching method reform and worthy of further promotion.
