多囊卵巢综合征与高泌乳素血症的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome and hyperprolactinemia

目的分析多囊卵巢综合征与高泌乳素血症的相关性。方法选取2013年6月-2015年1月多囊卵巢综合征患者50例作为观察组,并选取同期育龄期妇女50例作为对照组,采用酶联荧光免疫法检测泌乳素水平,比较两组的血清泌乳素水平、高泌乳素血症发生率、多囊卵巢综合征患者中高泌乳素血症患者和非高泌乳素血症患者血清泌乳素水平的差异性。结果观察组患者血清泌乳素水平为(25.24±14.23)ng/ml,对照组为(24.12±14.01)ng/ml,观察组虽略高于对照组,但两组血清泌乳素水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者高泌乳素血症发生率为16.00%,对照组为14.00%,两组高泌乳素血症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。多囊卵巢综合征患者中高泌乳素血症患者血清泌乳素水平明显高于非高泌乳素血症患者(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征与高泌乳素血症之间没有必然的联系,高泌乳素血症并不是多囊卵巢综合征患者的主要症状,其在育龄期女性中也普遍存在。

Objective To analyze the correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） and hyperprolactinemia. Methods Fifty PCOS patients were selected from June 2013 to January 2015 as observation group,fifty women of childbearing age were selected during the same period as control group,ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum prolactin; the levels of serum prolactin and the incidence rates of hyperprolactinemia in the two groups were compared; in observation group,the levels of serum prolactin between the patients with hyperprolactinemia and the patients without hyperprolactinemia were compared. Results The levels of serum prolactin in observation group and control group were（ 25. 24 ± 14. 23） ng / ml and（ 24. 12 ± 14. 01） ng / ml,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; the incidence rates of hyperprolactinemia in observation group and control group were 16. 00% and14. 00%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. In observation group,the level of serum prolactin in patients with hyperprolactinemia was statistically significantly higher than that in patients without hyperprolactinemia（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is no correlation between PCOS and hyperprolactinemia,hyperprolactinemia is not a major symptom of PCOS,which is also common in women of childbearing age.
