人P2Y_2蛋白的生物信息分析

摘要 [目的]利用生物信息学对人P2Y_2蛋白质的理化性质、物种的同源性、亲水性/疏水性、跨膜区域、蛋白质二级结构和三级结构、蛋白质间的相互作用、GO注释进行预测分析。[方法]使用多种分析软件对P2Y_2蛋白进行在线预测分析。[结果]人P2Y_2蛋白有377个氨基酸,等电点为9.72,哺乳动物中保守性较高;二级结构存在8个α螺旋和2个β折叠,三级结构预测结果的可靠性为39.42%,拉曼图分析表明预测结果较稳定,P2Y_2蛋白分布范围广,在神经元、神经胶质、内皮细胞和肿瘤的信号通路中有重要作用。[结论]P2Y_2蛋白存在2种核定位序列的不稳定疏水蛋白,有6个跨膜区且分布广泛,参与细胞衰老、伤口愈合等多种生理过程。 [ Objective] To analyze the physicochemical property signal peptide, transmembrane domain,hydrophilcity,seconda- ry structure ,teriary structure ,protein- protein interaction and gene ontology of P2Y2 in human by bioinformation. [ Methods] P2Yzwas predicted with and analyzed by multiple analysis software on line. [ Results] P2Y2protein is composed of 377 amino acids, with isoelectric point of 9.72. It is hight conservation in mammal. There are 8 α helices and 2 β sheets in the secondary structure predicted. The reliability of tertiary structure predicted up to 100%. The result of Ramachandran plot analysis indi- cates that the 3 D model is stable. P2Y2 has a wide tissue distribution, P2Y2receptor played an important role in signaling path- ways in neurons, glia, endothelium and in cancer. [ Conclusion ] P2Y2 is a hydrophilie unstable protein with two nuclear location sequences. It hassix transmembrane domains and wide distribution in tissue. It also participate in a variety of physiological processes such as wound healing, cell aging.
