综合康复治疗对脑卒中后遗症患者运动功能和日常生活能力的影响

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on motor functions and activities of daily living in patients with stroke sequelae

目的:观察综合康复治疗对脑卒中后遗症患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:将2013年5月至2015年6月江门市新会区人民医院收治的76例脑卒中后遗症期患者随机分为综合康复组(n=34)和对照组(n=42),治疗前后分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表和改良Barthel指数评定量表评定患者的运动功能和日常生活能力。结果:综合康复组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后改良Barthel指数评分较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显提高(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分定和改良Barthel指数评分均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:脑卒中后遗症期采取综合康复治疗尽管不能明显改善患者运动功能,但可明显提高患者的日常生活能力,促使患者更好地回归家庭和社会。

Objective：To investigate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on activities of daily living in patients with stroke sequelae. Methods：Included in this study were 76 patients with stroke sequelae treated at Xinhui District People＇s Hospital of Jiangmen City between May 2013 and June 2015. The subjects were randomly divided into the comprehensive rehabilitation group （ n=34 ） and the control group （ n=42 ） . Before and after treatment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Recovery and modified Barthel index assessment were used to evaluate the motor function and activities of daily living in the patients. Results：The Fugl-Meger motor function score after treatment in the comprehensive rehabilitation group did not show statistically difference from baseline. The modified Barehel index rating after treatment was significantly increased compared with pretreatment and the control group,respectively.There was no difference in Fugl-Meyer motor function score or in the modified Barthel index rating from baseline in the control group （ P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion： During the stroke sequel stage, comprehensive rehabilitation may not significantly improve the motor function,but can significantly improve the daily life of ability,which facilitates a better return of patients to their family and social life.
