健康教育和心理护理对改善老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者生活质量的作用

Role of Health Education and Psychological Nursing to Improve the Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Pain of Senile Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨健康教育和心理护理对改善老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者生活质量的作用。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年12月本院收治的老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者48例作为研究对象,采用国际字母排序法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组24例。常规组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予健康教育和心理护理,比较两组患者治疗后生活质量评分和干预前后焦虑抑郁评分情况。结果:试验组患者各项生活指标评分均高于常规组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者焦虑抑郁评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组焦虑抑郁评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于常规组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施心理护理和健康教育,能增强患者自我保健意识、消除患者不良情绪及改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the role of health education and psychological nursing to improve the quality of life in elderly patients with pain of senile herpes zoster.Method：From January 2013 to December 2015,48 cases of elderly pain of senile herpes zoster in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the international alphabetical order method,each group had 24 cases.The conventional group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given health education and psychological nursing,quality of life score after treatment,scores of anxiety and depression before and after intervention of two groups were compared.Result：The scores of life indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before intervention,the two groups of anxiety and depression scores were not statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of psychological nursing and health education for elderly patients with pain of senile herpes zoster can enhance patient self-care awareness,eliminate the bad mood and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
