产后胎盘胎膜残留药物治疗的转归及分析

Clinical Effect of Chanhou Zhuyu Jiaonang in the Treatment of Postpartum Placenta Remnant

目的:观察和评估产后逐瘀胶囊治疗产后胎盘胎膜残留的效果及转归。方法:随机选取2014年1月-2015年10月就诊于本院的产后胎盘胎膜残留患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组50例和对照组50例。观察组给予产后逐瘀胶囊治疗,对照组给予益母草胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状的改善、残留胎盘胎膜面积、阴道流血持续时间、血β-h CG水平以及子宫缩复情况,来观察产后逐瘀胶囊治疗产后胎盘胎膜残留的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组痊愈率为72.00%,明显高于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为86.00%,显著高于对照组的52.00%(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组产后胎盘胎膜残留面积、血β-h CG水平、阴道流血持续时间、子宫复旧情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且治疗后,观察组产后胎盘胎膜残留面积明显少于对照组,血β-h CG水平明显低于对照组,阴道流血持续时间明显少于对照组,促进子宫复旧的能力显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:产后逐瘀胶囊治疗产后胎盘胎膜残留具有显著疗效,能促进残留胎盘的脱落、排出,并能显著缩短阴道流血持续时间,降低血β-h CG水平,促进子宫缩复,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Chanhou Zhuyu Jiaonang in the treatment of postpartum placenta remnants.Method：From January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital,100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and the control group 50 cases.The observation group was treated with Chanhou Zhuyu Jiaonang,while the control group was treated with Yimucao Jiaonang.The residue of placenta area,vaginal bleeding duration,blood β-h CG levels and the involution of uteru of two groups were compared,then to evaluate the clinical effects of Chanhou Zhuyu Jiaonang in the treatment of postpartum placenta remnants.Result：After treatment,the recovery rates of the observation group was 72.00%,which was significantly higher than 30.00% of the control group（P〈0.01）.The total effective rates of the observation group was 86.00%,which was significantly higher than 52.00% of the control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,two groups＇ residue of placenta area,vaginal bleeding duration,blood β-h CG levels and the involution of uteru were decreased（P〈0.01）,and those of the observation group were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Chanhou Zhuyu Jiaonang in the treatment of postpartum placenta remnants has a significant effect.And it can promote the residue of placenta shedding and discharging,significantly decrease time of vaginal bleeding duration and the levels of blood β-h CG,promote uteru involuting.It is worthy of clinical application.
