主动脉疾病腔内治疗的现状与展望 被引量:4

摘要 外科疾病的微创化治疗是目前外科普遍的发展趋势,是人类孜孜以求的一种疾病治疗模式。血管疾病由以往的巨创手术发展到腔内微创治疗。充分体现出了外科微创化的这一发展趋势,也充分体现了现代医学的进步。主动脉疾病的患者往往年老体弱、全身疾病较多,难以承受时间长、创伤大的开放手术。而时间短、创伤小以及术后恢复快的腔内微创治疗技术则是这类患者治疗的首选。
