摘要
针对目前各类矿山巷道、隧道、基坑等地下工程围岩及支护结构变形破坏后进行修复加固的情况,分析了工程破坏机理,提出了预锚后注支护技术。即在工程主体施工的同时,采用"中空注浆锚索+注浆锚杆+金属网+喷浆(混凝土)"支护;当围岩和支护结构产生变形破坏后,根据变形破坏情况,及时注浆加固。该项技术可避免锚索、锚杆支护的重复进行,技术经济效益良好,具有推广应用价值。
According to the reconstruction and reinforcement conditions of the deformation failure in the surrounding rock and support structure of the present each type mine roadway,tunnel,foundation pit and other underground engineering,the paper analyzed the failure mechanism of the engineering and provided the pre-anchoring and late grouting support technology.Thus at the same time of the engineering subject construction,a"hollow grouting anchor+grouting bolt+steel mesh+shotcreting(concrete)"support was applied.When the deformation failure occurred in the surrounding rock and the support structure,according to the deformation failure condition,the grouting and reinforcement was timely conducted.The technology could prevent the repeated anchor and bolt support,could have good technical and economic benefits and could have the promotion and application value.
