摘要
采用亲水色谱-静电场四极杆轨道阱质谱检测了饮料和酒类中36种合成色素。样品经调节p H、沉淀蛋白、稀释高速离心后上机。采用乙腈和缓冲盐梯度淋洗,亲水色谱柱分离。用静电场四极杆轨道阱质谱、电喷雾负离子源,选择离子扫描-数据依赖的二级采集模式(Target SIM-dd MS2)检测。36种色素定量限为0.010~0.32 mg/kg。在0.50 mg/kg(n=6)水平添加,添加回收率在83.8%~98.2%之间,RSD为0.62%~9.3%。方法定性质量相对偏差在±5×10^(-6)之内。
A method for the determination of 36 synthetic pigments in beverage and wine by hydrophilic chromatography-electrostatic quadrupole / orbitrap mass spectrometry was reported. Samples were prepared by p H adjustment,organic solvent dilution and centrifugation for protein precipitation,separated by acetonitrile-buffer gradient elution on the hydrophilic column,and detected by quadrupole / orbitrap mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization negative ion source under the target selected ion monitoring-data dependent MS^2 scan mode( Target SIM-dd MS^2). The limits of quantification ranged within 0. 010 - 0. 32 mg /kg. The recoveries rates were83. 8% - 98. 2% on the level of 0. 50 mg / kg,with the RSD of 0. 62% - 9. 3%. The mass accuracy for the qualitative method was within ± 5 × 10^-6.
