Bibliometric Analysis of Methotrexate in the Lymphoma Treatment

目的:以Web of Science数据库为基础,分析甲氨蝶呤治疗淋巴瘤的文献,可了解甲氨蝶呤在淋巴瘤治疗领域的研究情况。方法:在Web of Science数据库中以"methotrexate"和"lymphoma"为主题词进行检索,利用数据库自带的工具进行分析,并分析文献引用情况。结果:共检索到2 881条结果,文章发表量与引文数呈上升趋势;美国、德国和日本分别以35.925%,10.934%和10.725%的世界文章发表量名列前三。排名前10的机构中美国占5个,德国占3个。结论:甲氨蝶呤在淋巴瘤治疗中占有重要地位,美国在这一领域领先世界,西欧等发达国家紧随其后,中国与美国差距很大。

Objective： To investigate the development status of methotrexate in lymphoma treatment,a Web of Science based bibliometric analysis was performed. Methods： The＂methotrexate＂and＂lymphoma＂were chosen as searching terms in the Web of Science citation database（ 1986-2015）. The results were analyzed by using the database＇s own tools. The citations were also analyzed automatically by the database. Results： 2 881 literatures related to this field were recorded in Web of Science. The total number of publications and citations keep increasing year by year. The United States,Germany and Japan have the largest number of publications,they occupied 35. 925%,10. 934% and 10. 725% of the total publications,respectively. In the top ten institutions with the most publications,the United States accounts for 5 seats while Germany accounts for 3. Conclusion： Methotrexate occupied an important position in the lymphoma treatment,the United States leaded the world in the field,followed by Western Europe and other developed countries,there was a big gap between China and the United States in this field.
