比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Bisoprolol Combined with Simvastatin in Treatment of Patients with Diabetes and Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀对糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法:114例糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。在常规治疗基础上,对照组56例予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组58例予比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗。疗程均为2个月。观察两组血糖指标变化和药品不良反应,比较两组临床疗效与静息心电图改变。结果:治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2h PG和Hb A1c水平无明显变化,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为86.2%,高于对照组的60.7%(P<0.05);静息心电图改变比较,观察组总有效率为75.9%,高于对照组的46.4%(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率比较(12.1%vs.10.7%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀对糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of bisoprolol combined with simvastatin in treatment of patients with diabetes and unstable angina pectoris（ UAP）. Methods： Totally 114 patients with diabetes and UAP were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. On the basis of conventional therapy,56 cases in the control group were given simvastatin therapy,58 cases in the observation group were given bisoprolol combined with simvastatin therapy,the course of treatment was 2 months. The glycemic index change and adverse drug reaction of two groups were observed. Clinical efficacy and resting electrocardiogram changing of two groups were analysed comparatively.Results： After therapy,the differences of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c of two groups were not obvious,there was no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. In evaluation of curative effect,the total efficiency of the observation group（ 86. 2%） were higher than that of the control group（ 60. 7%,P〈0. 05）. In evaluation of resting electrocardiogram,the total efficiency of the observation group（ 75. 9%） were higher than that of the control group（ 46. 4%,P〈0. 05）. The differences of incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were not obvious,there was no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Bisoprolol combined with simvastatin therapy was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with diabetes and unstable angina pectoris. It should be promoted.
