摘要 风电机组是一个复杂系统,工作环境恶劣,维修费用高,通过寿命预测,制定精益维修策略,提高风机利用率。在欧几里得函数的基础上,引入衰退系数构建相似性函数,以剩余寿命为目标优化权重分配,提出一种应用历史失效样本进行相似性寿命预测的方法。通过数据模拟仿真,验证了该方法可较准确地预测设备剩余寿命。 The wind turbine is a complex system, working in bad inenvironment, and with high cost maintenance, so the research on the lean maintenance strategy is very important. In this paper, a method of using the history of failure samples to carry out the similar life prediction is proposed. Based on Euclidean function, introducing the recession coefficient to construct a similarity function, and with the remaining life as the target, the weight distribution is optimized. The results of the simulation show that the method can accurately predict the remaining life of the equipment.
