摘要
机械产品是再制造工程应用的重要领域之一。结合再制造实践,提出了一种基于模糊VIKOR的机械产品再制造方案选择方法。提出了基于最大偏差法的主客观结合的指标权重计算方法;针对传统模糊VIKOR中方案间距离计算过程中模糊信息损失的问题,引入相对偏好关系分析间接计算其距离。最后通过在某企业机床再制造过程中的应用,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Mechanical product is one of the important application fields of remanufacturing engineering. By the practical experience of remanufacturing, a remanufacturing scheme selection approach of mechanical product was proposed based on fuzzy VIKOR. Criteria weights were determined considering the subjective and objective aspects based on maximal deviation approach. For the loss Of vague information in the process of calculating the distance between schemes in traditional fuzzy VIKOR approach, relative preference relation analysis was introduced to calculate the distance. Finally, an application example of machine tool remanufacturing in a company was given out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
