下吸式风力喂丝系统参数化建模的研究及应用

摘要 为解决下吸式风力喂丝系统喂丝斗送料不畅的问题,利用有限元分析软件模拟空气在喂丝斗中流动的形态,对流场中的压力和流速进行分析,并比对五种不同补风风门(全关、0.125、0.25、0.5、全开)开度状态下的压力场,从而得出最佳的补风风门设置。结果表明:1补风风门全关,负压初始值和二级压力梯度变化值最优;2补风风门全开,缩口处局部压力最优;3综合以上两个因素,取优化的实际阀门开度0.1885,能够满足系统的较好流场分布需要。 To solve the problem that bucket tended to jam in the under wind suction feeding system, by using the finite elements software to simulate the air flow in the feeding hopper, the pressure and flow velocity were analyzed to obtain the best opening value settings by comparing with five different opening value such as 0,0. 125,0.25,0.5, 1, etc. The results showed that : 1 ) The value is fully closed, initial value of negative pressure and change of secondary pressure gradient are optimal; 2) The value is fully open, local pressure in necking area is optimal;3 ) From the above two factors, the optimized valve opening is 0. 1885, which can meet the needs of the system's better flow distribution.
