摘要
提出了一种螺旋槽纵-扭复合模式振动压电超声换能器结构,并对其纵-扭复合模式振动进行了理论分析。重点研究了螺旋槽的尺寸对换能器频率的影响,通过模拟分析发现螺旋槽的深度对换能器的共振频率影响比较大,并得到了纵扭共振时换能器的几何尺寸。理论模拟与试验结果吻合较好。
A type of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer of longitudinal-torsional composite mode with spiral groove is proposed, and theoretical analysis is carried out. The effect of the size of spiral groove on the resonance frequency of transducer is analyzed, and it is concluded that the effect of the deep of spiral groove on frequency of transducer is relatively large by using the finite element software simulation analysis . Finally, the geometry of longitudinal-torsional resonance transducer is obtained. Experimental results are in good agreement with the theory and finite element simulation calculation.
