对我国农膜行业"十二·五"期间的现状进行了总结,包括农膜生产企业数量、农膜规模与产量、产品结构与布局,发展中存在的问题等;对农膜行业"十三·五"发展规划进行了阐述,包括指导思想、基本原则、发展目标、重点任务和产品发展方向、重点开发的技术和政策建议等。
Situation of agricultural films during the 12th Five-year Plan Period in China was summarized, including capacity and output, types and localization of agricultural films, as well as existing problems. Development prospect of agricultural films during the 13th Five-year Plan Period was presented, including the guiding lines, basic principles, development targets and important films and technologies ,and so on.
