Quality Control of PVC Pipes for Water Supply in America

结合美国标准和认证体系从原材料的质量控制、混配料的分级及性能要求和产品检测规范等方面分析了美国聚氯乙烯(PVC)给水管材的质量控制要素,并从产品质量检测方面对我国国标和美标进行了比较分析。

In the United States, poly（vinyl chloride） （PVC） pipes accounts for about 66% of the total plastic pipes, and always are the largest amount used for water supply. This paper analysed the quality control in USA according to the American standards and certification systems from the aspects of raw material control, compound class, and the testing of the product. A comparison was also made between Chinese and USA standards for the quality inspection methods.
