飞秒激光辅助的白内障手术新进展 被引量:4

摘要 飞秒激光在白内障手术中的临床应用转化率逐年增高,受到越来越多临床医生的认可及推广,在白内障手术中主要用于前囊膜截开、晶状体碎核、角膜切口及矫正散光的弧形切口制作等步骤,提高了手术的安全性及可预测性,具有广阔的临床应用前景。文中拟对现有的不同飞秒激光操作平台、飞秒激光的手术流程及手术适应证的扩展、术中可能出现的并发症的最新进展进行介绍。随着飞秒激光辅助的白内障手术的不断发展,白内障手术将迎来新的技术革新。
